The extremely disruptive party at the bar and in the lobby that spilled into the hall was ridiculously loud and obnoxious and excessively drunk after midnight, when I finally placed a complaint with the staff member at the desk. Whose responsibility is it? By being the agent of the hotel that has identified the interest in my personal safety, it is her responsibility. Hen asked about no one wearing masks, she was dismissive and said that there was nothing she could do and that it was not her responsibility. When I went to complain about the noise and the way that drunk individuals were wondering into the hall hollering and cackling, the employee at the desk (don't know her name because she had no name tag) wasn't wearing a mask, apparently unaware of the sign on the counter in front of her identifying the mask required policy.

There was a gathering at the bar Saturday night (which I will be reviewing state of Missouri policy for capacity, expectations for businesses, and punishment to see if there was an official violation, but NONE were wearing masks. In general, guests were not asked to wear one when not doing so.

COVID policy: Every door and at the counter are signs identifying that masks are required and there was absolutely NO effort to enforce this policy for MY SAFETY. I understand limiting contact by not cleaning the room daily, but when I am paying as if the cleaning is still taking place, getting towels should not be this difficult. It took 3 requests over 18 hours to get two additional towels. Visitors are made to believe that every precaution is taken in sanitizing the room. At this time, this is absolutely unacceptable. The back of the bathroom sliding door was absolutely filthy. The charges were not reversed and I expect a credit of 32.73 made to my Discover card. After having a conversation with Karen, the desk attendant on Sunday, I was under the belief that the internet charges were reversed once I revealed that I was a Bonvoy member, a fact that was apparently not on their record. Charges on the bill that I was told were reversed. In fact, there were issues with the stay on every level. Let me begin that I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay this past weekend at the KCI Marriott.
